Dr. Anish John

Dr. Anish John completed his dental training at Christian Dental College, Ludhiana, India in 2010 and spent 2 years working as a General Dentist in a Mission Hospital in rural part of North East India. He completed Post graduate residency in Prosthodontics and Implantology at Government Dental College, Kottayam, India in 2016. Following which he served as an Clinical Instructor for the undergraduate program in his alma mater.

Dr. John moved to Canada in 2019 and completed his equivalency process with the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) Canada in 2021 and obtained his license to practice as a General Dentist in Ontario. He worked at multiple dental offices in Sarnia, Scarborough and Wallaceburg, ON before relocating to PEI.

Dr. John partnered with Alliance Dental to take over Red Shore Dental, Charlottetown in fall of 2024 and has been working full time. His areas of interest are Restorations, Root canals, Implantology, Prosthetic dentistry and Surgical Extractions. He strives to offer gentle dental care with patients of all ages and is dedicated to staying up to date with the newest developments in dentistry by pursuing continuing education programs. Dr John is in good standing with PEI Dental Council, and a member of Canadian Dental Association and Dental Association of PEI. Outside of work he enjoys playing badminton, fishing and travelling with family.
